Super 8 China VIP Card Rules

  1. Super 8 China VIP card, published by Super 8 Hotels ( China ) Co. Ltd, provides a wide range of benefits to Super 8 China VIP card members £¬ including a direct discount on the room rate of Super 8 hotels within the territory of China .
  2. Super 8 Card is available for sale at RMB58.00 per piece. Members are entitled to enjoy a discount of at least RMB10.00 based on specific room rates published on the Super 8 website. Members are also entitled to enjoy other benefits such as reservation priority, held reservation, express check in, postponed check out and incentive reward. In particular, reservation can be held until 20:00 and check out can be postponed till 14:00 subject to room availability .
  3. Super 8 VIP Card will be available for purchase on January 18, 2007 and shall be valid for two years from the purchase date .
  4. Super 8 VIP Card is available at the front desk of any Super 8 hotel in China . A promotional rate of RMB38.00 per piece will be offered from January through the end of June, 2007. From July of 2008, the rate of Super 8 Card will be RMB58.00 per price. Members are required to fill out a Super 8 China VIP card application form. Super 8 hotels will deliver the Super 8 Card to Members upon receiving the payment and complete Super 8 China VIP card application form.
  5. Super 8 VIP Card could not be applied for other promotions except TripRewards.
  6. Members should provide accurate personal information and upon changes of personal information, should notify Super 8 Hotels promptly, otherwise Super 8 Hotels maintains no responsibility for any losses caused by misinformation provided by Members. Super 8 Hotels should not disclose Members' personal information to any third party unless authorized by the Member.
  7. Members should provide the front desk with Super 8 VIP Card and ID card for check-in.
  8. Super 8 VIP Card will be canceled and must be re-purchased if the Member holding the Super 8 Card does not check in for five times without canceling reservation at least one day prior to the check-in date.
  9. Customers who make reservation via Superline (400-603-8888), http://www.super8.com.cn/, Super 8 hotels and purchase Super 8 VIP Cards or who purchase Super 8 VIP Cards without reservation are entitled to enjoy favorable room rate immediately. Customers who make reservation via other methods and purchase Super 8 VIP Cards can not enjoy the favorable room rate immediately.
  10. Super 8 VIP Card is used only by the Member holding this card, has no cash value and is non-transferable. Please call our Superline (400-603-8888) for card lost and reclaimed. The cost for card reissue is RMB10.00 per piece.
  11. Purchase and use of Super 8 VIP Card constitutes that the Member fully understands and accepts the Rules and any alterations and supplements thereof. Members' personal information will be keep confidential by Super 8 Hotels. Super 8 Hotels maintains no responsibility for any services provided by individual Super 8 hotels.
  12. Super 8 VIP Cards are properties of Super 8 Hotels. Members shall return the expired Super 8 Cards to Super 8 upon expiry. Super 8 Hotels remain the final authority to construe the Rules.
